Personally, really wish businesses would move away from these types of designs in general, but they seem to think customers and staff don't roll their eyes at that stuff. The animations themselves have a lot of variety but a lot of the art is very cheesy. Not a big issue and the price is definitely fair, it's just there wasn't a big warning about that sudden shift in what you could do for free.

Negative: There used to be a really nice free version that still had a lot of functionality, but they killed most of that abruptly so now nearly all the functionality of the product is locked behind paying. Toggle whether the voiceover is for the entire Powtoon or for the current slide and click Use. Note: File type must be MP3, AAC, or OGG. Locate the voiceover file and upload it to Powtoon. Depending on where the file is located, click the relevant icon. You won't be making stellar amazing animations, but this works great for simple business, class stuff, and marketing that doesn't need a ton of flash to it. On the toolbar, click Sound and then Add voiceover. The price is really good for what you can do with this. They give you plenty of default things to mess with. Positive: You can do a lot of different kinds of animations with this. When you say words with the letter P in it, one thing you can dio is by a pop shield or filter to go over your microphone. The P pop is the noise of air blowing straight into the microphone.

It can be a fun tool to use to see what students come up with for creative writing type projects. When youre recording a voice over this way, you can get a cleaner sounding voice over how to avoid the dreaded P pop. At its price, it's not outside a teacher's budget. My experience with it has been in a classroom. I'd watch some videos online about how it works before paying for it to see if it suits you're needs. Summary: It's really good for what it is.
